Friday - Off
Saturday - Conditioning mile, explosive plyos
Sunday - 4x350m @ 52s with full recovery
Monday - 30 minute run (pick up the pace), weights

Week 22 - Day 3
I did the 4x350m last week too Woden on the grass track, I didn't read the full recovery, so I've been having 6-8 mins which killed me and I couldnt manage all 4, only doing 3 each day. Also due to the grass track, running 52s was near impossible, but this week I felt better as I'm over my cold.

Last week it was a 55, 54, 53s efforts. I'll claim doing 53s on grass is ok, can't I?
Week 26 - Day 3
I braved the wind and rain and went out to the AIS after work to do this session properly.
350m - 52s - 52.8s

Much easier on a track I must admit and that's despite he poor weather conditions. Anyway I'm glad I did it... Rest day tomorrow and then the 300m time trial on Friday. Wish me luck!
