One-minute Runs

These are run at a pace similar to crosscountry or 3k training; they are not sprints. Run a minute, walk a minute, run a minute, walk a minute, and so on. This is for aerobic work.

Hey pal,
Sounds like you're doing great! I made it to about week 10/12 before ultimate took control, I got injured and started going on vacations. Obviously my times were hella slower, but it felt good to be out there. Keep up the good work! I'm hopefully going to get cleared to play/run today and get back out there stat.
Heart,
Miranda

Week 14 - Day 4

I had to run these at the AIS this evening and it was nice to do them on track. I managed to run them all in about 315-320m for 60s.

Nothing else to report.
